Guided SoulWork Meditation: From Unsteady to Free
A guided journey through the unsteadiness we are all living right now to the embodied freedom that is at the core.

Listening Instructions:
Because this is a guided SoulWork Meditation, it is suggested that you listen to this audio with active participation.
This means, sit up straight in a location where you will not be distracted. Give your full, undivided attention to the words, the silence between the words, the energy field, and the reactions and responses within your body.
Pay deep attention. Allow the energy to move you.
This is a guided journey into the deeper nature of you.
Practices Included:
1. Put your awareness on the unsteadiness that we all are feeling right about now.
- Deeply acknowledge the unsteadiness; welcome it vs. push it to the side.
- “Our heart can grow to hold it. We are opening wider to receive it and let it be.”
2. Call back your parts
- Call home any aspects of self
- “What else wants to be returned to us? Call back skills, gifts, etc. and welcome them home.”
3. Root your gifts and skillsets
- Anchor them, own them, embody them, deepen them.
- “Drop in the belly. Anchoring. Anchoring. Anchoring.”
4. Receive waves of stillness
- Invite them to work you, unravel you, untie you, undo you.
- “More and more spaciousness. More and more stillness. And we welcome that too.”
5. Drop intention into stillness
- To be useful. Of service. Offer to the benefit of the collective.
- “May it soothe our individual wounds and hurts and suffering.”
6. Hover at the threshold of goodness & joy
- Welcome and let the body acclimate to even more joy. Even more refined vibrations. Even more expansion.
- “Thank you stillness, you are welcome here. Thank you joy, you are welcome here. Thank you beauty, you are welcome here.”
7. Attend to the crown
- Like a stretch of consciousness, allow more expression.
- “We don’t have to hold back anymore.”
- “We are being supporting and helped.”
8. Lay it all down to be free
- We can just lay down anything weighing on us. Any baggage. Any stress. We can release and know it is being handled.
- “We can step out of meditation baggage free and lighter. More uplifted. More centered. More calm. More sovereign. And definitely more free.”
